Not sure if it's the bulb or electrical works. Measurements are approximately 12' x 30'. Sticks out from the wall about 6' inches. I would guess this is from the early 70's if not earlier.
I had worked at a bar / restaurant in the early 80's and at some time they changed out the signage behind.
